How about your warranty policy?
>>We supply 1 year warranty for any laser machine we produced and 2 years warranty for fiber laser source that are installed in our machine. Machine consumables, such as opetial lens and nozzles, are not involved. During warranty time, we send whatever parts needed to fix the machine at our own expenses and we will guide the user how to change the parts in detail.We gaurantee to supply suitable parts in 8 years after the sales of our laser machine and lifetime software upgrade or technical support.

How to ship the machine I bought?
>>If you have no experience with importing goods from China, you may choose DDP terms and we will arrange shipment to your doorstep, by sea/train/air/Fedex. If you have friend or shipping agent in China to help you deal with shipment, we can send the machine to any Chinese address with full set of document for custom clearance. The package we use are plywood pallets with secured protections and warning stickers, which will make sure you receive your machine in good condition.

How do I pay for the machine I wanted?
>>Verious payment method accepted: T/T, L/C, Western Union,Paypal,Alibaba,and etc. 30% deposit in advance, 70% after machine inspection and before delivery

How do I get training after receiving the machine?
>>We supply very detailed video guide and user manual in English with abundant pictures to help you with initial installation and basic operation. You may contact us via Email/Skype/Whatsapp if you have any problem and you will always get a fast responce. Or you may pay for onsite installation & training at your facility.

What consumables needed mostly?
>>For YAG laser, protective lens is the main consumable which need to be changed once every 3 months. And Xenon flashing lamp needs to be changed once 1 year. For fiber laser, protective lens and copper nozzles are main consumables but there is no specific time frame to change them.

Is laser welder harmful to human body?
>>1064~1080nm laser is sensitive to metals but won't do harm to human skin. Yet you must wear laser goggles for eyes protection. If your material is not clean and generates a lot of smoke/dusts during laser processing, we also suggest you to wear a mask. For the user of fiber laser welder, wearing heat-proof gloves can avoid hurt from hot metals.

How can I do if the machine goes wrong?
>> If happens, you can contact our sales directly. We will offer engineer delivery service. But, pls don't try to fix the machine by yourself or someone else. We will response within 12 hours as soon as we can do for you!
